Minimum requirements must have completed two non-credit department approved courses in early childhood education or other qualifying courses/high education credits approved by Wisconsin Licensing Rules.

Preference for lead positions will be given to candidates that hold an Associate degree in child care and development or a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.
